Each Open Air Theatre performance is truly unique, enhanced by the weather. The performance will go ahead despite the weather, unless there is a safety concern for the actors. We reserve the right to pause the performance, to wait for the weather to improve. Should the performance not reach the end a credit will be provided for a future performance.
No refunds will be provided.
The stage and lawn are completely uncovered. Patrons therefore accept that weather, climate, temperature and light conditions, which are out of our control, are an integral part of the experience.
While we will make every effort to complete each show, we reserve the right to stop and start the show as necessary. In some cases, we may choose to delay the start time of a show for reasons including because of weather forecasts we may have received.
If a show is cancelled on account of the weather, we will announce this at the time of cancellation at the venue. We do not communicate cancellations to patrons who did not come to the venue or who have already left the venue. However, you will still be able to benefit from our policy for exchanging tickets following a weather-related cancellation
Your tickets will be emailed to you. You must bring your tickets to access the performance space.
The management reserve the right to ask anybody to leave if demonstrating behaviour they believe to be inappropriate
