About the event
Join Andrea at The Whitworth on Sunday 27th March for a Yoga and Relaxation event. You will also get your very own handmade lavender eye pillow to take away with you. There are a range of eye pillow designs to choose from. All are made from 100% cotton and filled with flaxseed and UK-grown lavender. Weighted eye pillows are a great way to aid relaxation. (No previous yoga experience is needed to take part in the Self-Care Sunday event) A selection of herbal teas will be available.
Tickets are £30 or £50 for 2 spaces if you like to bring a friend or loved one.
