Coffee Cream Caramel - Modern variation of the classing creme caramel.

Rich Date and Chocolate Pudding - Full of flavour, moist chocolate pudding with a delicious caramel sauce.

Steamed Ginger Pudding - Steamed sponge pudding, studded with stem ginger.

The Ultimate Bread and Butter Pudding - Made with brioche, apricots and a splash of apricot brandy! A real twist on a traditional classic!
